Summer weather can affect the consistency of shea products. To minimize the melting of products, all shipping will be insulated when temperatures are 74 degrees and higher. Be sure to view your tracking number, and retrieve your package as soon as possible. Any items that arrive melted, can still be used. Melted items will not be replaced.
