Payment &Shipping
The preferred method of payment is through Cash App. Credit/Debit cards are accepted. Shipping cost are set according to your cart weight. JBB products can be shipped worldwide. Additional fees may be added. During the Spring & Summer months shea butter may change consistency due to the heat. Insulated shipping will be provided, but is not guaranteed to prevent melting. Customers will generally receive orders in 5-10 business days. Shipments are made on Mondays only. Place your order on Friday @ 11:59 est. for it to be shipped on the following Monday. Return Policy
Jessie's Body Butters & More. is an online store. All products purchased are made to order. All sales are final. If there is ever an issue or a mistake on JBB's part, it will be gladly corrected. No returns or exchanges accepted. If products melt due to weather, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided.
